In our next property seminar at the Double Tree Hilton, we will be analysing the last 20 years' worth of data on the Ealing Borough residential property market. Over the period the market has gone through a significant 363% increase and at the seminar our Sales Director, Donald Collins, will be reflecting on the period and looking at potentail trends for buyers coming into the market.

We were delighted to support for the 4th consecutive year, St Martin's Christmas Bazaar. It is a terrific occassion and the local community around Ealing Common/West Acton really come to the fore to support the day. Our Sales Director, Donald Collins conducted a drawing competition with the local children and the winners will be contacted soon! We also made a significant supporting contribution to the top prizes on offer for those participating in the raffle.

In last month's newsletter we covered the 'New Conversion' market and the description of this market covers the creation of new flats with existing period buildings. These flats offer the latest in design, style, functionality, energy efficiency and noise control. Today's buyer will pay a premium for the quality of product on offer and given the scale and depth of build is to the same standard as a new build property it is almost impossible to replicate the framework in existing property giving you a unique environment.
