Big demand currently for sales

We are currently experiencing a high demand from buyers and this could be an opportune moment to sell your home.

There is a stamp duty ‘holiday’ to March 2021 and while this is a great incentive to buyers it can take around 6-8 months from start to finish to sell and move.

It all starts with a valuation.  Even if you are not thinking of selling right now, a valuation by a reputable, experienced agent provides clarity to forward decision planning.

As a forward buyer in the market you could also take advantage of the stamp duty ‘holiday’.  For any property purchase, the first £500,000 is stamp duty free until March 2021.

All our valuations are free and without obligation.  Most last for 30-40 mins and we can discuss comparable properties that have sold to give you the best understanding possible where your value sits in the market

Go View London is a local success story.  Starting in 2010, we have grown organically and now employ around 20 full and part time staff in the local area with offices in Acton and Ealing.  We have over 500 positive recommendations across Google and other review platforms,

If you would like any property advice, or a valuation on your own home, please get in touch by email and we will be delighted to book in the valuation.
