Family Houses Much in Demand

We have enjoyed tremendous appetite in the market recently for large family houses, and need more to sell to satisfy waiting buyers.

We have secured a good supply of sales of larger properties since the start of 2021 and the trend continues with many families using the catalyst of coming out of lockdown to purchase larger homes.

All the following were sold recently (all prices quoted asking price):

  • Cleveland Rd, W13 - £1,750,000
  • Kingfield Rd, W5 - £1,325,000
  • Whitehall Gardens, W3 - £960,000
  • Argyle Rd, W13 - £900,000
  • Chamberlain Rd, W13 - £800,000

Michael Bolger, Sales Manager – Ealing, comments: “We now need to replenish our housing stock. We have active buyers on our database looking for new family homes.

“These buyers are looking to put down roots for 15 years plus, and will pay a premium for the right family home for them.

“Please get in touch if you would like us to give you a valuation on your home and then you can look to make a decision accordingly if the time is right for you to sell.

“Buyers are registered and actively looking to make a decision to purchase. We see a great correlation between our marketing and getting a great value for our clients.”

If you would like to book a valuation with Michael or Darren Fuller (Acton Sales Manager), please email Shenika King in client services ( and we would be delighted to assist you.
