Letting Fees for tenants
Pre-Tenancy & End of Tenancy Fees
Deposit: The Deposit will be calculated against five weeks rent or six weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above. The formula: Monthly Rent x 12 / 52 x 5= 5 Week Deposit.
During Your Tenancy
Change of/or Additional Tenant: £50 incl. VAT for amending the contract and referencing.
Unpaid Rent/ Returned Payments: Interest will be charged in line with the Bank of England’s rate + 3% if a rent payment is more than 14 days overdue for each day the payment is outstanding.
Non-ASTs signed on or after 1st June 2019
For any individual tenant not renting a property under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy the following charges are also payable: Tenancy Administration charge - £150 +VAT (£180 incl. VAT) per tenancy; Reference charge - £50 +VAT (£60 incl. VAT) per tenant or guarantor; Check out inspection - £160+ VAT (£192 incl. VAT); Tenancy renewal £120+VAT (£144 incl. VAT).
If a tenant decides to rent a property through us in the name of a business or company the tenancy administration and reference charge will be £320+ VAT (£384 incl. VAT) for a new tenancy and £160+VAT (£192 incl. VAT) for every renewal.
Client Protection Scheme
The ‘MyDeposit’ insurance deposit protection scheme allows Go View London to hold a tenant’s deposit in a client account whilst complying with our legal obligations to both landlord and tenant.
